FAQ's

Can I smoke in my rental? No, all of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. All smoking must be outside the unit. Smoking in unit will result in a MINIMUM FINE of $500.

Do you allow pets?  Some of our units are pet friendly. There is a maximum of 2 pets and an additional monthly charge for pets. There is a limit of two pets per unit. Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis.

What kind of dogs are allowed? Certain breeds of dogs including, but not limited to, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, or German Shepard, whether pure breed or mixed breed containing any of the above will not be permitted. 

Do you accept SECTION 8?  At this time we are not accepting Section 8.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

If you have toured a property and would like to submit an application please use the "rental standards" tab to see what we expect of our tenants. Once you are ready to submit an application, please click on "apply now" and complete the on-line application.

Once we have received your application with supporting documents you will be contacted by one of our rental specialists.
