 If you would like to tour one of our properties, please follow the link in the ad where you saw the property listed. Most of our properties are self entry tours and can be scheduled at your convenience.

FAQ's

Can I smoke in my rental? No, all of our rentals are NON-SMOKING. All smoking must be outside the unit. Smoking in unit will result in a MINIMUM FINE of $500. NO marijuana smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Do you allow pets?  Some of our units are pet friendly, some units allow 1 or 2 pets. There is an additional monthly charge for pets. Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis.

What kind of dogs are allowed? Certain breeds of dogs including, but not limited to, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, or German Shepard, whether pure breed or mixed breed containing any of the above will not be permitted. 

Do you accept SECTION 8?  At this time we are not accepting Section 8.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

If you have completed a tour of the property you will receive a link to our on-line application.

Once we have reviewed your application with supporting documents, you will be contacted by one of our rental specialists and asked to approve a credit/background/criminal check. A fee applies.
